As an Internal Sales Advisor you are the initial point of contact for prospects and you are accountable for contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
Our Client is part of the leading distributor and sale of propane/butane and recently active in the natural gas and power market. By joining the Internal Sales department of Machelen, you will participate to their continuous development.
- To manage and carry out the commercial actions developed by the Sales Manager for customers.
- To guarantee high quality follow-up of contract renewals and modifications.
- To convince and support customers, by utilising sales skills and product knowledge.
- To support and direct account managers in planning commercial actions.
- To improve customer relationships and address day-to-day issues.
- To stay informed and responding to commercial and marketing activities.
- To gain a thorough understanding of our products and be able to persuade potential customers.
- To understand customer needs and ensure that the proper service or product is assigned.
Qualifications required for a successful Internal Sales Advisor:
- Excellent communicator with clients and other teams.
- Commercial and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to operate under pressure and respect for deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities in Dutch and French.
