Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (m/f/x), for one of our clients, a trade union federation in the transport sector.

As an Administrative Assistant (m/f/x), you will have the following tasks:

  • Prepare and organise meetings in Belgium and abroad, deal with arrangements
  • Assist with projects
  • Attends meetings and prepares minutes
  • Serve as first point of contact in the Secretariat for IT-related issues (computes, mobile phones, internet and phone server, interpretation equipment, etc.) and performs basic IT-related tasks)
  • Assist in making travel arrangements
  • Maintain website pages
  • Draft circular and other documents
  • Create survey databases, inputs data received and prepare analysis



Job Requirements

For the position of Administrative Assistant (m/f/x), the successful candidate will have the following profile:

  • Excellent spoken and written English and French. Knowledge of one or more other EU languages are an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant administrative experience of minimum 3 years
  • Proven high quality secretarial, organisational and administrative skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
