Description

• Part of the Management Team and close
• Manager Hands-on
• People Management : +/- 5 FTE (direct) & 90 FTE (indirect)
• Sparring partner for Sales and Production team
• Planning supervision of different departments
• Responsible from sale to delivery and after service
• Delivering all projects according to the agreed timing, quality and budget
• Responsible for the end result: the profitability of the projects is one of your most important KPIs.
• Regularly present on the construction sites (at the clients')
• You attach great importance to quality and safety
• Experience in interior projects or construction is obviously a strong asset
• Actively searching for new subcontractors and setting up a good cooperation with them

Profile

• An industrial or civil structural engineer (Electro-mechanical, Mechanical, Building etc.)
• 5 years of relevant experience in project leadership or management
• You are a game-changer with strong strategic and analytical insight
• Managing, coaching and motivating the people around you is in your bloo
• Languages : Dutch, English or French.
• You have sufficient strategic and technical background to make a strategic contribution to the company
• You know how to use diplomacy, tact and assertiveness appropriately at all times
• You are a strong communicator who knows how to build a partnership with all stakeholders
