Facility & Office Manager role for 150 employees.

Client Details

Belgian clothing company located in Brussels (near Etterbeek Station).

Description

As Facility & Office Manager, you will have to deliver the following tasks on a daily basis :

  • Implement new office procedures & operations
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with office suppliers & service providers
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with IT department for IT office supplies
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Happiness Officer : implement activities for the Well-Being of the employees
  • Liaise with the Event Management Team for the organisation of in-house activities (team-building activities, parties, ...)

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration, Office Management or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar role
  • Experience in setting up the office management from scratch is a plus
  • Excellent written & spoken knowledge of English + French or Dutch knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Being hands-on and solution oriented is a must
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
