• Data and application management
• Follow-up on functional and technical tickets; provide support and advice or escalate to the relevant local and global teams and follow-through until closure
• You'll cooperate with local and global project teams
• You'll take part in improvement projects
• You'll contribute to business cases to bring efficiency gains to C2C applications and processes
• You'll prepare training and communication materials and provide training to all relevant stakeholders

Profiel van kandidaat

• Good knowledge of English, knowledge of French or Dutch are a plus
• Hands-on
• Experience in data management is a plus
• Familiar with IT tools
