As an Assistant to the Audit team you are responsible of following up the administration of the project of the auditors of the company

The company is specialised in the audit, consulting and tax services


As a Project Assistant to Audit department, your tasks are:

- Project Management/Administration

  • Coordinating and assisting in the preparation of materials for negotiations/proposals/presentations/client deliverables
  • Organising calendars, client meetings and conference calls, collating and distributing agendas and minutes and performing other related tasks as required
  • Ensuring mailbox management, making travel arrangements, etc.

- Finance Management

  • all basic financial procedures relating to engagement time and expenses, costs and billing

- Compliance Management


The successful candidate is:

- Perfect level of English, good level in Dutch AND French

- A bachelor

- Already one year experience in an administrative function

- At ease with numbers

- Able to work on multiple engagements with limited supervision

- Proactive
