Functieomschrijving

The Payroll Officer/HR Admin will :

 

  • Maintain the vacation records and registration of absences in the HR database
  • Respond to employees’ inquiries regarding payroll and provide first line HR support
  • Carry out administrative duties related to employee benefit plans
  • Provide general HR administrative support
  • Manage and update HR files and employees’ data in the HR database and other corporate and local databases
  • Handle the monthly payroll processing in compliance with local and external legislation and provide payroll instructions to external payroll agencies
  • Analysis and review of the monthly payroll data
  • Prepare and report HR data for internally and externally (local authorities, audits, salary surveys..)

Functie-eisen

Your Profile:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR administration in an international environment
  • Strong preference and big interest in payroll activities
  • Excellent knowledge of social legislation
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English
  • Good analytical skills, with an eye for details and accuracy
  • Flexible and pro active
  • Team player
  • Customer service focus
  • Hands-on mentality
