Robert Half is currently looking for a driven HR Generalist (f/m/x).

For our client, a company engaged with the environment in the Walloon Brabant, we are looking for a HR Generalist to join the international team.

As an HR Generalist, you will be working both with soft HR and hard HR

Your tasks will include:

• You will manage recruitment as well as the communication with recruitment agencies
• You will be the point of contact with the Payroll company.
• You will advise the company on Comp&Ben policies
• You will manage onboarding and offboarding
• You will be responsible for the Learning & Development for the employees
• You will handle talent management
• You will be the point of contact between employees and management and you will answer to all the HR questions the employees might have
• You will lead and accompany evaluations

The required profile for the Learning & Development Manager position:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and knowledge of social legislation
• You have experience in, or strong affinity with recruitment
• You are eager to learn and grow into the HR generalist role
• You have attention to detail, are proactive and communicative
• You are fluent in French and English. Any other language is a plus.
