You will be responsible for keeping daily contact with your clients, manage the entire order process and help your customers by providing adequate information and answers to their enquiries.

Client Details

Our client is an international company part of a big European group evolving in the Energy sector.

Description

As customer service representative you will :

• Encode and process customer orders in SAP,
• send order confirmation, shipping documents, and provide delivery information,
• follow the status of the order and regularly update your customers about it,
• invoice, issue credit and debit notes when needed,
• ensure stock management

Profile

Successful candidate skills :

• 3 to 5 years experience minimum in similar function
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and French (Italian or/and Dutch is a plus)
• Good knowledge of SAP system and office packages
