Do you want to get involved in diversity and inclusion of people with disabilities at workplace? We are looking for a Project officer for our client (ASBL). This non-profit organization aims to facilitate the employment of people with disabilities in ordinary businesses. This oProject rganization is located in Brussels.

Description

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Relations with the partner companies: prospecting, creating and maintaining partnerships.
• Consulting activities for companies : support for the development of their action plan, facilitation of training and raising awareness
• Point of contact between candidates and companies in their selection, recruitment and job retention process, in collaboration with the public organizations.
• Contribution to the administration of the ASBL: Fundraising, grant applications, administrative and financial reporting
• Contribution to others projects and activities of the association
• Contribution to recurring events

Profile

We are looking for :

• Fluent in French or Dutch with a very good knowledge of the other national language. English is a plus.
• Higher education diploma (bachelor/graduate/regent or university) or equivalent by experience
• Empathetic, attentive, benevolent, pedagogue
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to adapt and good interpersonal skills. Rigorous and organized, sense of priorities, able to meet deadlines
• Pedagogical and group facilitation skills
