Your responsibilities

The E-commerce specialist will work in an agile team, together with one other E-commerce Specialist. You both report to the Benelux Head of E-commerce and as team you are responsible for E-commerce in Benelux.

As E-commerce Specialist you are responsible for:

• Developing, supporting, and facilitating the sales of the products through the Brand websites in Benelux.
• Manage the various Brand websites in two languages (Dutch and French)
• Optimization of web shops
• Follow-up and reporting to local- and international teams (KPIs, etc.)
• The set-up of online promotions, support in Search Engine Marketing and drive the Consumer Experience.
• Execute various analysis and adapt the online strategy accordingly.
• define the online product selection and follow-up with the colleagues at the HQ.

Profile

As E-commerce specialist, you have/are:

• A degree in Marketing, digital, communication, or related fields
• Experience (2-3 years) in commercial & marketing expertise acquired in e-commerce for consumers goods with online retailers in Belgium.
• Experience in consumer goods e-commerce is a plus
• Analytical capabilities for performance management
• Ability to present ideas with confidence, enthusiasm and convincing with data insights
• A good team player and good communication skills.
• Perfectly fluent in Dutch OR French. Very good level of the other national language and English.
