As Customer Advisor you are the first point of contact for customers. You help them resolving their requests and/or transfer it to dedicated division.

Description
You will provide quality first-line support regarding :
- products
- procedures
- requests progress
- advice on a service
- data requests, verification and reporting
- verification and validation of data required for new orders.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or a previous experience in customer support.
- You speak and write Dutch perfectly, you have excellent communications skills in English (French knowledge is a plus)
- You have a particular affinity with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
