Missions

As an accountant you will be assisting the Finance Manager with:

• Day to day accounting: AP, AR, Cash journals, expenses, billing etc
• Preparation of payments in Isabel
• Liaising with PA's, matter handler/partners and group billing team
• Month-end and year-end closing activities
• VAT administration (monthly filings and quarterly declarations in OneGate)
• Testing and implementing new accounting software
• Debtor management
• Printing, scanning and filing documents

Profil du candidat

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• A minimum of 2-5 years' experience
• Experience in a legal or professional service company (Partners structure) is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, IT-literate
• Dutch or French mother tongue and good knowledge of English
• Well organised, proactive, service minded and flexible
• Accurate and analytical with attention to details
• You are a team player with a healthy business attitude and positive vibes
