Description

• VMI management for one of our key customers; order & inventory management, delivery optimization
• Daily sales order management & billing process (EDI order, stock control, outbound, delivery, claims, returns)
• Build and maintain a good customer relationship for key customers (Business to Business relationship)
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time and in full deliveries
• Analyses service drivers and leads improvement initiatives to deliver best in class service performance

Profile

• Problem solving mind-set, proactive and stress resistant
• High flexibility to adapt to new situations
• Excel (min. intermediate), experience with VMI (datalliance) is a plus
• Fluency in French mandatory (written and spoken) as well as English. Dutch is a big plus
