Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.
As a quality analyst, you work in a high-tech environment and carry out analyses in a high-voltage laboratory as well as in the car, either in our factory or in an external garage. The various detailed analyses allow for a rapid adaptation of products and processes, so that the Audi quality is guaranteed.
Function
- You are responsible for the analysis of customer complaints (on-site analysis) for the electronic scope. You carry out analyses of "Modul and Zell" in the high voltage laboratory. You analyse quality problems identified from the QS test centre and during internal testing. You are responsible for some of the test procedures and for the accessories that are used for the samples in the test centre. Based on the results obtained, you participate in the optimisation of the test concepts in the series production of Audi Brussels. Leading quality improvements, both for the product and for the processes, is also part of your responsibilities. As an EFK (Elektrofachkraft) you will carry out analyses on HV components (training is provided). You will communicate and cooperate closely with various other departments (production, quality) as well as with your colleagues in the technical development department of the Headquarters in Germany.
Profile
- You have a master's degree in industrial engineering (electromechanical/electronic) or equivalent by experience. You have experience with vehicle network systems (CAN/Flex). You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office. Experience in programming is a plus. You are analytical, solution-oriented, like to take initiatives and are persistent. You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French and a good basic knowledge of German (or you are willing to learn German quickly). Knowledge of English is an asset. You are flexible and willing to work on international projects.
