Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an Customer Service Manager ad interim (m/f/x) for a 3 months assignment.

The company is based in Brussels region.

As Customer Service Manager ad interim, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Coach team of 7 people to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Deliver KPI results
• Visit key customers in both markets on regular basis
• Ensure corporate case fill rate, in-stock, on-time delivery, and accurate transaction goals are met or exceeded
• Liaison between site personnel, sales, trade marketing & the customer

The requested qualifications for this Customer Service Manager ad interim position include:

• Proven experience in FMCG
• Language: Dutch, French & English
