Client Details

My client is a Belgian company with 30 years of experience in a unique field - decorative installations for shopping malls, hotels, airports etc.

Post Covid, these spaces are looking for creative ways to offer their visitors an extraordinary live experience.

My client specialises in sourcing premium equipment and bringing its technical expertise combined with aesthetic & creativity. As the demand grows, the company has increased its production capacity and is now looking to recruit a new Business Developer for Germany.


As International Sales responsible for Germany your mission is :

Being the ambassador of the company in the German speaking countries.

This means:

- Getting in touch with all the potential clients (Mall owners and their Marketing Managers) and building a relationship with them

- Understanding the project of your clients to create a unique solution for them OR bringing your own creative/aesthetic project to them

- Ensuring you are the selected partner for the project by following up on the delivery and installation and always keeping a good relationship with your clients The role will involve - depending on the period - lots of travels to Germany. Depending on your location (Belgium or Germany) you are responsible to schedule your agenda including clients visits & meetings with the team in Belgium

Fluency in German is mandatory, any other language is a nice to have

A first sales experience is required - ideally international sales or a strong international exposure Pro activity & Dynamism - you are truly enthusiast about travelling, about creative solutions, design and celebrations

Solution-oriented - you go the extra mile to find the right solution for your client and to work with your team

Creative with an eye for aesthetic - you create unique & beautiful "vibes" for your client

Definitely ambitious & looking for a long-term project - The Netherlands is an identified high potential market. And as your seniority grows you'll be able to initiate your own project, approaching new markets (most likely the Middle East).

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package with gross fixed earning topped by on target earnings/ In addition the company provides the usual company benefits such as a company car, meal vouchers or daily allowances, insurances, etc.
