Description

  • Manage all customer inquiries and orders from A-Z
  • Managing relationships with logistics partners
  • Client relationships
  • Handle customers complaints
  • Follow orders from A-Z
  • Manage the monitoring of national and regional agreements at the commercial and administrative level
  • Set up the necessary tools for commercial monitoring
  • Analyse customer requests, transcribe and share them according to internal procedures cooperate with the sales team

Profile

  • Mother tongue: French, fluent in English knowledge of German is an asset
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • SAP knowledge
  • Problem-solving mentality
  • Quick learner, commercially driven, results oriented
  • You like to take initiatives
