Description
- Manage all customer inquiries and orders from A-Z
- Managing relationships with logistics partners
- Client relationships
- Handle customers complaints
- Follow orders from A-Z
- Manage the monitoring of national and regional agreements at the commercial and administrative level
- Set up the necessary tools for commercial monitoring
- Analyse customer requests, transcribe and share them according to internal procedures cooperate with the sales team
Profile
- Mother tongue: French, fluent in English knowledge of German is an asset
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- SAP knowledge
- Problem-solving mentality
- Quick learner, commercially driven, results oriented
- You like to take initiatives
