Description

The traineeship includes some people-related tasks & sales-related tasks :

• Search and interview of candidates ;
• Development of your own client portfolio ;
• Retention of those clients across the years ;
• Management of the whole recruitment cycle ;
• Advises to your clients about the market reality.

Profile

• You speak Dutch ;
• You're the owner of a Bachelor or Master's degree ;
• You're looking for a first experience in which you'll learn and develop yourself ;
• You're people-oriented, empathetic, and curious ;
• You like challenge and you're hands-on ;
• You have sales affinities.
