Country Business Partner(m/f/x)

Be the face of procurement to the country(s) business management team
- Work closely with the business leaders in the country(s) to ensure that the country(s) business requirements are clearly understood, appropriately challenged, and taken account of in the Category and Sub-Category strategies (Demand management).
- Establish close working relationships with the Category/Sub-Category Managers to ensure that Category/Sub-Category strategies are fully deployed in the country
- By developing and maintaining close working relationships with the various business leaders in the country(s) ensure that Indirect Procurement is able to deliver appropriate savings to the P/L on a consistent and sustainable basis
- Provide tailored Procurement solutions for the business where the business requirements cannot be met by a Category/Sub-Category strategy or existing buying channel
- Act as an ambassador of Procurement and Global Sourcing and be the country(s) champion for all Procurement policies, processes and tools

Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge- In depth knowledge of internal purchasing policies, procedures and processes
- Knowledge of a CAPEX process
- Good understanding of how to influence and sell internally
- Cross-cultural understanding
- Good understanding of Category Management approaches and techniques
- Capability in leading the implementation of strategies and processes
- Leadership of procurement projects and sourcing teams
Critical skills
- Developing partnerships based on business acumen
- Proactive business challenge and analysis (including risk)
- Good communication and presentation competencies
- Good stakeholder management
- Ability to establish and manage relationships with internal clients and procurement strategy

- English and French Communication Skills (Written and Oral) (Must)
Critical experience- Relationship management experience either internally or externally at middle management / leadership level
- Strong procurement experience with demonstrated success
- Strong business acumen
- Degree or equivalent
