Client Details

We have ambitious plans to grow our business further and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team and be based out of our offices in Brussels.

Description

Your role will be to support the company in managing the end to end back-office process for renewal and new sales quotes. You ensure that all accounts and contracts created by our Deal Desk team are accurate and reflected in the relevant systems, reports and forecasts. You will often interact with our customers.

This role will work in close collaboration with the Finance and Deal Desk teams as well as the Sales teams to support the sales cycle and business objectives.

Profile

Continuous learning will be part of the experience with us so we don't expect you to arrive knowing everything, but the following competencies will enable you to be successful in this role:

· Min. 1 year of experience acquired in a sales operations, sales support, finance or legal support role in a corporate setting

· Working knowledge of CRM and knowledge of Quote to Cash scenarios (Apttus or Salesforce CPQ preferred)

· Hands-on data analysis experience and ability to present analysed data in a transparent and structured format

· Extensive knowledge of product and services pricing, accounting and financial principles

· Excellent attention to detail

· Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and self-manage

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Strong listening and presenting skills

· High level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Advanced MS Excel)

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to interact with different levels of an organization and work with cross-functional teams

· Excellent English and German language skills both oral and written
