As a Receptionist you are the first point of contact to the firm's internal and external clients, you provide a professional, responsive and high quality service to the firm's clients

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls
  • Prepare meeting rooms and catering, meeting room set-up in the required seating style, set up audio-visual equipment
  • Check and sign for deliveries, before informing the relevant member of staff
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist visitors as required and offer administrative support to office members
  • Manage visiting suppliers & contractors in line with compliance, health & safety processes

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Secondary education or higher
  • Fluent English speaker with working knowledge of French and Dutch
  • Competent in a professional services environment with ideally a previous receptionist experience
  • Resilient and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Service minded with a friendly and helpful, can-do attitude
  • Flexible and a quick learner
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook
  • Confident in setting up video conferences, conference calls, and webinars

Job Offer

On offer:

  • Part time function 27,5h/week
  • Schedule: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm with 30' break every day
