Description

• Facilitate and contribute to the Global Product Industrialization strategy by ensuring successful launch of new products including review of processes and production equipment observing all required HS&E, Quality and Business standards
• Act as working manager of a small team - Local representative & key contact person for Product Industrialization
• Demonstrate expertise in a specialized competency such as expertise developed through experience in product technology and/or improvement project management
• Coordinate improvement initiatives and execute actions relevant to PI - Demonstrates Outstanding Presentation skills in order to deliver compelling, engaging, transformative, educational, and/or instructive messages
• Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within deadlines and cost efficiency

Profile

• You have an engineering degree or equivalent by experience
• You have experience in food, chemical or pharma industries or similar activities
• You have experience in industrialization
• Experience in people management is an asset
• You speak French and English
