As an Office Assistant you are responsible to ensure a high level of reception service for external visitors. Moreover you assist the staff with all office queries and ensure a smooth running of the office.

Description

As an Office Assistant, here are your responsibilities:

  • Answer phone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages
  • Welcome visitors, suppliers etc and direct them to correct destination
  • Assist teams with the organization of meetings
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to staff members
  • Management of office supplies, first contact for suppliers

Profile

The person we are looking for:

  • Ideally someone who already has experience within a similar function
  • English is the main language, French or Dutch as a second language, if you have the 3 languages it's a real asset
  • Willing to be in this particular function, being in contact with a lot of different people
  • You are service-minded
  • You are flexible
