You will closely work with the broader marketing team & key business stakeholders.

Our client is an International consulting firm active in more than 25 countries.

The Brussels office represents 20 people working on different practices such as Manufacturing, Technology, and Consumer Goods.

The local office is growing and is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to support its activities.

Description

As Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Create & support the delivery of a marketing plan that drives measurable campaigns outcomes (reputation, relationships, revenue)
• Closely work & exchange best practices with marketing peers from abroad
• Create impactful & effective marketing programs aligned with business goals
• Plan, execute & monitor campaigns across different channels (Digital Marketing, CRM, PR & Communication, Events)
• Measure & report campaign performances & propose optimizations to maximize ROI
• Manage both external & internal events & conferences
• Develop & implement a CRM database
• Develop & implement a PR strategy
• Develop & execute marketing & communication activities such as emailing, brochures, website management, communication tools, POS, Social networks, etc.
• Plan & run workshops with internal business stakeholders to create the marketing plan by discussing key projects & priorities
• Activate global marketing initiatives locally

Profile

The successful candidates will have the following qualities:

• At least 3 years of a similar experience within a B2B services environment
• Both a strategic & operational mindset
• Fluent in English and French OR Dutch
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Entrepreneur mindset, autonomous
• Ability to manage various tasks
• Strong teamwork skills
