For one of our customers based in Antwerp, we are currently looking for a Comp&Ben Manager
Client Details
Our customer provides supply chain services to its customers worldwide and has presence in more than 30 countries.
Description
As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- You define and execute the Comp&Ben strategy within your scope, anticipate future changes, liaise with local and international HR teams in order to develop, implement and manage specific Comp&Ben policies (bike lease, electric vehicles policy, insurances, flexible income plan, salary benchmark...).
- You work on the compensation and benefits policy, making sure all processes and procedures are well documented and assist internal and international customers for specific / complex Comp&Ben related questions that have been escalated to you.
- You manage two payroll professionals and oversee payroll related activities for employees, expats, business leaders and freelancers (supervision role).
- You partner with the business on best practices, strategy, process with regards to compensation & benefits matters
- You advise and support colleagues, managers on social legislation related questions and follow the latest market trends
- You support the onboarding of expats and are responsible for remuneration optimization.
- In collaboration with insurance brokers, you care about employees' benefits schemes.
Profile
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field (HR, Legal, Economics...) or equivalent by experience
- You have more than 5 years of experience in HR / Compensation & Benefits
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You can demonstrate experience working in an international environment supporting local and international colleagues and initiatives
- You are used to collaborate with executives and bring a pragmatic and solution oriented approach in your day to day work
- You show ability to adapt to change and enjoy bringing up innovative ideas
