Functieomschrijving
The Payroll Officer/HR Admin will :
- Maintain the vacation records and registration of absences in the HR database
- Respond to employees’ inquiries regarding payroll and provide first line HR support
- Carry out administrative duties related to employee benefit plans
- Provide general HR administrative support
- Manage and update HR files and employees’ data in the HR database and other corporate and local databases
- Handle the monthly payroll processing in compliance with local and external legislation and provide payroll instructions to external payroll agencies
- Analysis and review of the monthly payroll data
- Prepare and report HR data for internally and externally (local authorities, audits, salary surveys..)
Functie-eisen
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR administration in an international environment
- Strong preference and big interest in payroll activities
- Excellent knowledge of social legislation
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English
- Good analytical skills, with an eye for details and accuracy
- Flexible and pro active
- Team player
- Customer service focus
- Hands-on mentality
