Description

As a Customer Service Specialist:

• You work together with your team members, and will be responsible for the proper handling of orders in general.
• You will do the proper follow-up of a number of customers. You are the first point of contact.
• You support your inside and outside colleagues right from the customer's creation and ensure that they are always informed about the latest developments.
• You take actions to make your customer's life as easy as possible and monitor the follow-up of files and orders.
• Maintaining telephone contacts with colleagues, external partners and customers. You succeed in leaving everyone with a favourable impression of you, your department, and the business.
