- Order confirmation to the customer
- Follow-up on orders
- Track back orders, subscriptions and overdue reservations

Profile
For the function of Customer Care we need following requirements:
- Your mother tongue is German or English. You have good command in French
- Experience in administrative and or commercial positions
- Quick learner
- Planning and organisational skills
- Proactive, dynamic and positive mindset
