The role is to manage the back-office process for new sales quotes, gathering information from the Sales and ensuring that all accounts and contracts created are reflected in the systems, reports and forecasts.

Description
This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
* Own and manage the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) tool in relation to new and existing sales opportunities, create proposals, handle internal queries, correct errors and ensure data integrity.
* Create and update all quotation proposals in the system in accordance with sales contracts or ongoing negotiations
* Track, report, and process renewals and termination of existing business per assigned territory
* Communicate with customers and the Sales department to ensure renewal timelines are met within contractual agreed terms
* Respond potential customers' questions and providing additional information
* Keep up with product and service information and updates
* Responsible for ensuring CPQ tool and forecasts are correct through collaboration with Finance, Sales, Deal Desk and Product teams
* Provide regular status updates and forecasts on agreed goals
* Research and understand customer account history, products history and special pricing situations
* Evaluate and help improve data quality and cleanliness in internal systems (for example re opportunities, bookings, billing, revenue and pricing etc.) and assist with any data conversion efforts.
* Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects, as needed, to support business needs
* Approx. 5% travel to other offices required
Profile
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience & Knowledge
* Minimum 1 year experience in a sales operations, sales support, finance, or legal support role in a corporate setting
* Working knowledge of CRM and knowledge of Quote to Cash scenarios (Apttus or Salesforce CPQ preferred)
* Hands-on data analysis experience and ability to analyze and present data in a transparent and structured format
* Extensive knowledge of product and services pricing, accounting and financial principles

* Excellent communication skills (English and German) both oral and written

Experience & Knowledge
* Experience in software-based solutions
* Experience in a fast-paced technology or healthcare company
* Healthcare industry experience with a basic understanding of EDI and/or eCommerce.
