Description

Finance Accounting

  • Initiate the process related to Supplier creation / modification request
  • Manage local Cash related activities when needed such as petty cash, transfer, and advance payment request. Look into opportunity for Hedging.
  • Support administrative tasks and physical flows within the Business Unit (i.e., physical invoices, etc.)
  • Local coordinator / Point of contact with GBS for all questions related to AP, Cash and GL
  • Reconciliation of local statutory accounts & IFRS for the whole legal entity
  • Fill in assets creation form and review Fixed Assets data consistency and prepare related submission and reporting on it.
  • Collect IFRS 16 new contracts, update existing one and transmit information to GBS
  • Review intercompany costs and reconciliation and transmit entries for rebilling by the GBS
  • Legal requirements and local specifics Coordinate Tax and VAT reporting between GBS and external partner, Couponing management and fill in quarterly Statistical reports (SCB), Administrator for our travel expense system, Audit preparation and Annual report check.

Payroll Accounting

  • Payroll : management of the payroll together with SD WORKX (Belgium) & MIJNEENLOKET (Netherlands)
  • HR administration: in coordination with our HR share service, management of the work contracts, newcomers, newcomers, leavers, bonus, vacation accruals…
  • HR reporting: monitoring of our HR KPIs: absenteeism, turnover…

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting Finance & Payroll Accounting activities within an international firm
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or General Management
  • French native & professional Dutch required
  • Good knowledge of Excel and the basic functions (Vlookup function minimum)
  • ERP previous experience (ex: SAP, JDE)
