Our client is an international media company based in Brussels.

Missions

• You are responsible for the entire sales invoice process
• You check invoices for additional or missing data
• Answering any billing questions that clients might have
• Handling any special billing situations
• Auditing ledgers periodically to ensure that the invoice numbers and billing addresses are accurate
• Performing general bookkeeping duties, like the booking of expense notes, recording cash receipts, making deposits at the bank, and reconciling accounts
• Generating financial reports and statements that detail the status of accounts receivable

Profil du candidat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• To be highly computer literate (MS office)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work professionally in French, English and basic knowledge of German
• Pro-active, organized, dynamic and accurate.
• Team player and ability to work independently
