For one of its clients, Robert Half is currently looking for an HR Officer (h/f/x).

Our client is a fast-growing company located in Mons region.

To join the international Team, as an HR Officer, you will be responsible on the following tasks:

Your tasks will include:

• Provide the business with the highest quality talent
• Recruiting and sourcing
• Coach, challenge and advise hiring managers on HR matters
• Work close with the other members of the HR team
• Responsible for the candidate experience
• Bring innovative ideas
• Onboarding & Offboarding
• Learning & Development
• Manage talent across the group
• Employer branding
• Participate on HR projects
• Other Soft HR tasks

The qualifications required for this job are as follows:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
• You are eager to learn and grow into the HR team
• You have attention to detail, are proactive and communicative
