Description

o To process orders effectively and accurately in SAP including check with Supply Chain
/ Warehouse / Finance
o To inform customers about possible anomalies concerning delivery
o To verify of incoming orders on quantity and availability
o To send order confirmation and check best delivery date
o To follow-up back order list
o To enter all quality issues into the system
o To supply the customer with documentation, MSDS, TDS & COA of the existing
product range
o To follow-up existing customer contracts on take-off and validity period
o To administer data linked to the customer profile in SAP
o To communicate all packaging issues to the customer and follow up
o To solve payment issues linked to incorrect invoices (debit- and credit notes)
o To manage and follow-up sample orders

Profile

You are meant for this job if you have:
o Experience in order administration and first line customer support
o Fluent in Dutch, a good knowledge of French and knowledge in English.
o Knowledge of SAP is a plus
o High organisation skills
o Good telephone personality skills
o A service- and solution-oriented mind
