Description

As the successful Sustainability Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Liaises with Shared Value and Sustainability global function
  
  
• Implements local sustainability projects/campaigns for the different business units;
  
  
• Define the strategy in line with the Corporate objectives together with the Manager in formulating the sustainability program and creating awareness within the company;
  
  
• Management of the Impact Profile of the affiliate by participating in the annual B Corp impact assessment (BIA) and collect the necessary data for this;
  
  
• Responsible for all internal data collection regarding sustainability (local & global reviews);
  
  
• Manages the B Corp re certification process every 3 years;
  
  
• Collection, check and organisation of Non Financial data for sustainability;
  
  
• Formulates points for improvement based on the output of the BIA;
  
  
• Responsible of Local Disclosure Requirements related to sustainability reporting;
  
  
• Organizes events to put sustainability on the map within the Benelux organization;
  
  
• Supports people engagement activities related to sustainability and shared value topics;
  
  
• Supports the PA responsible with communication related tasks & giving input on sustainability topics;
  
  
• Gives actively input for the organization of sustainability events (e.g. We act Day, Climbing for life);
  
  
• Ensure sustainability objectives are carried through the whole organization and different departments;
  
  
• Programme management for sustainability projects (e.g. better building program);
  
  
• Coordination of Communication topics related to sustainability.

Profile

As the successful Sustainability Project Manager, you will have the following requirements:

• At least a Master degree in Business Management or equivalent by experience
  
  
• Preferably 3 years of recent working experience in a project management responsibilities
  
  
• Experience with project-based working and with independently managing and coordinating projects.
  
  
• Experience with sustainability projects is mandatory
  
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
  
  
• Affinity with and knowledge of sustainability issues.
  
  
• Project management, ability cross-functional working, leadership
