Due to its actual growth and as part of its expansion plan, our client is actively searching for an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT.
Your tasks, as part of our Accounting and HR Team:
• Encoding of purchases, sales, financials statements
• VAT reconciliation
• Dutch VAT Refund quarterly
• Payments via Isabel
• Preparation of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet
• Management of vehicles/fuel cards
• Verification and control of invoices
• Intrastat declaration
• Insurances management
• Control of expense reports
• Customers reminders
• Customer and supplier contacts
• Management of delivery notes
• Participation in monthly closings
• Establishment of declaration Intrastat, intracom & Prodcom
• Participation in the annual accounts
• Salaries reconciliation
• Cash in hand
• Back up for HR matters for Belgium and our Dutch office such as daily administrative requests and payroll.
Functie-eisen
Your skills:
• You have a degree in Accounting
• You have relevant experience of a few years in a similar position
• You are independent and enthusiast, but also a team player who can communicate easily with your contact persons and colleagues
• You are either French speaker with deep knowledge of Dutch and English (written and spoken) or Dutch speaker with deep knowledge of French and English (written and spoken)
• MS Office knowledge is requested. SAP knowledge is mandatory.
