For one of our clients, an American law firm active worldwide, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant.

Their offices are located in Brussels.

Description

Senior Accountant

As the Senior Accountant, you are reporting to the Head of Finance. In this function, you are responsible for the day-to-day accounting, treasury & banking activities.

Your main tasks will consist in:

• Reviewing and approving the expenses;
• Preparing the bills and ensuring their payments;
• Doing the day-to-day accounting (AP / AR / GL) and taking care of the closing activities;
• Being in charge of the VAT & tax activities together with an external consultant (Tax Advisor);
• Being responsible for the cash management & cash forecasting;
• Assisting the Head of Finance for the budgeting & forecasting activities.

Profile

Senior Accountant

• Degree in Management / Finance / Accounting / Business;
• Minimum 3 years of financial / accounting experience;
• Fluent in English & French;
• Personality : multi-tasking, proactive, able to challenge, cooperative;
• Great interpersonal skills.
