Your primary duty is to accurately and quickly handle all incoming orders so that clients can be assisted to the fullest extent possible.

Client Details

The Customer Service Administrator will work for an international market leader, that develops solutions for many industries (electronics, health care, alternative energy, agriculture, infrastructure, ...). You can find them everywhere in the world. Today they are looking for a motivated candidate to join their successful Customer Service team in Overijse.

Description

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Processing the orders received for maintenance contracts.
  • You ensure the invoicing of maintenance contracts according to the modalities agreed with the customer: invoicing period, price adjustments, additional consumption compared to reference consumption, etc.
  • You work closely with your colleagues from the sales team.
  • In order to deliver first-rate customer service, you keep an eye on various administrative procedures.

Profile

The successful Customer Service Administrator:



  • You have a strong sense of business and prioritise both internal and external clients.
  • You are an organisational talent and love administrative efficiency.
  • You appreciate variety, have the freedom to choose your own priorities, and love working in a fast-paced workplace.
  • You can work with Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM.
  • Ideally, you speak French and Dutch fluently.
