Description

As a Logistics Operations Support Airfreight you'll work in a team of 10 colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent service.

You have the following responsibilities:

  • Taking all kinds of different (logistical) customer questions, following them up correctly and giving feedback.
  • Daily consultation with the customer and proactive action regarding planned shipments.
  • Daily consultation and coordination with internal departments (customs, sales, etc.).
  • Collecting information and preparing and following up shipments and their reports.
  • (Pro)actively thinking along with the customer and coming up with ideas for the improvement of our services.
  • Strengthening existing customer relations.
  • Providing reports on the quality of our services and monitoring the quality delivered by our suppliers.

Profile

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Support Airfreight that:

  • Bachelor work and thinking level
  • Logistics background or education is a big plus
  • No 9 to 5 mentality, flexibility is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, French is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft office package, Excel in particular
  • A positive attitude & commercial flair
  • A highly communicative and customer-oriented attitude
