Our client is a Belgian fashion brand that has grown exponentially in the last 10 years.

They are active today everywhere in the world and they are growing their teams year by year.

Today they are looking for 3 new Customer Services to reinforce the team.

  • One Customer Service Trilingual Dutch / French / English for the Benelux market
  • One Customer Service German for the DACH market
  • One Customer Service Spanish / Italian for the Southern market

Description

As Customer Service you will have following responsibilities:

  • You create the orders
  • You are in continuous contact with Sales and Logistics departments to make sure orders are correct and delivered on time
  • You answer client queries and complaints
  • You analyse client requests
  • You check stock

  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are precise and meticulous
  • You can manage deadlines
  • You see things proactively
  • You have excellent client relations and you can work well in team
  • For the Benelux market: fluency in Dutch / French / English
  • For the DACH market: fluent in German and English
  • For the Southern market: fluent in both Spanish and Italian
