Their EMEA headquarters are located in Zaventem.

Description

Sales Reporting Analyst Europe - American company - Zaventem

As the Sales Reporting Analyst Europe, you will be part of the FP&A Team composed of 3 persons.

You will be responsible for producing the P&L and Sales information and dashboards for the European region.

Your main tasks will include:

• Collecting the various Sales data from the different Team managers on the region;
• Reflecting those numbers in dashboards (daily Sales dashboard) with an analysis by product, zone and market;
• Providing variances analyzes between the actual and budgeted numbers;
• Establishing KPIs to achieve the sales & financial targets and reflecting those in dashboards;
• Preparing business performances analyzes and providing commentaries & recommendations to the management in Belgium and in the US;
• Acting as a partner for the different departments: Finance, Sales & Marketing;
• Cooperating with the IT Team to ensure a stable performance of Power BI (tool for daily sales information).

Profile

Sales Reporting Analyst Europe - American company - Zaventem

The ideal Sales Reporting Specialist Europe will meet the following criteria:

• Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business / Management / Economics;
• Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in Management Reporting / Sales Reporting / Business Analysis / Sales Analysis / Controlling;
• Being fluent in English. Any other language is a plus;
• Having a strong Excel knowledge. Knowledge of Power BI is a must ;
• Being analytical;
• Being dynamic, loving challenges and willing to evolve in a fast-growing company;
• Strong focus on the personality : problem solving mentality, taking initiatives, cooperating with others, proposing solutions for improvement.
