They have grown exponentially in the last 10 years and are continuing to grow.

Today they are reinforcing their Customer Service Team with a Customer Service for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market.

Description

As Customer Service DACH you will have following responsibilities:

• You manage orders from clients
• You are in contact with the logistics team to make sure they deliver correctly and timely
• You answer client requests, questions and complaints
• You attend fairs once in a while
• You collaborate closely with the sales team as well

Profile

• A first experience in Customer Service is a must
• You speak German and English fluently
• You have an interest in the Fashion, Textile industry
• You have strong communication skills
• You are meticulous and precise, you have strong admin skills and you can handle deadlines
• You like to work in an international environment
