Description

As Event Manager, you will :

• Organize, manange & coordinate events from A to Z
• From the first contact with the client to the participation at the event, this function is more than diversified !
• Price & contract management
• Follow-up the invoices & the administrative part
• Collaborate internally with different departments to ensure a perfect organization
• Cost & budget follow-up
• Presence at the events

Profile

The successful candidate has the following profile :

• Perfect command of Dutch and French, fluent in English
• minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management & coordination, in event is a big plus
• Great communication & organizational skills
• Independant, hands-on & flexible
• Easy contact with customers
• Proactive thinking
