Ou client iis an international company active in the development and production of electrical motors.

We are looking for a Sales Support & Database and Purchasing Coordinator/Data Analyst.

Your tasks, as Sales Support :

o Follow-up of sales & purchase orders (from A to Z) and production orders using SAP

o Daily contact with customers, suppliers, carriers, colleagues

Your tasks as Database and Purchasing Coordinator / Data Analyst :

• Database coordination & data-analysis:

o Control of created / updated items

o Keep price structure up-to-date

o Keep customer database up-to-date

o Set-up E-commerce

o Export files and create reports on demand of management

• Purchasing and stock:

o Take care of the weekly replenishment, with check of prices, quantities and lead-time

o Periodical control of reorder points using 3-6-12 analysis method and update

o Monthly check of slow movers and propose actions

o Advanced knowledge of Excel is required (vlookup/graphs/stats/reports)

o You are analytically strong and problem-solving.

o You can schedule independently according to priority and predetermined timings.

o You have min. a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.

o Technical “feeling”

o Minimum 2 years of experience in developing/maintaining ERP applications is a plus

o You can express yourself fluently in English and Dutch or French

o You are motivated, dynamic, methodical, sense of organization and details

o Knowledge of SAP (Business One) is desirable but not necessary
