You are responsible for production planning of repack activities for one or multiple categories

Description
- To safeguard capacity planning versus production demand and timely production of repacks
- To collect information from APO (Purchase Requisitions) and to transform it into a Purchase Order to the re-packer. In case of promotion items use information from Visual Fabric to check that the promotion is confirmed by the customer before creating a Purchase Order.
- Cross-check APO information with Promotional systems for promotional repacking.
- Planning of repack standard and promotional items. To manage stocks of repack items and packaging components.
- Safeguard availability of finished products and packaging materials
- Avoidance of packaging obsoletes and promotional finished products.
- Manage stocks at subcontractors (returns, damaged goods) including the organisation of minimum 1 stock count a year.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equal experience
- Language: English & Dutch or French
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Understanding business processes
- Logistical background
- Affinity with FMCG-market
