Client Details

Our client is a Belgian player active in the Textile Industry. They have grown a lot in the last 10 years and have expanded their business abroad.

In this context they are looking for a Client Advisor and Customer Service for the German markets ("DACH"): Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

The function will be based in Brussels.

Description

As Client Advisor and Customer Service Germany you will have following responsibilities:

• You manage the orders
• You put the orders in the system and make sure clients will received their orders on time
• You answer all your client's questions
• You coordinate well with colleagues internally that work in the sales and logistics team
• You handle client complaints
• You maintain a strong commercial relationship with your clients

Profile

As Client Advisor and Customer Service Germany you have following profile:

• Willing to work in Brussels on a full time basis (home office ok 1 or 2 times a week)
• Fluent in English and German
• Experience in a similar function a plus
• Affinity with the fashion and textile industry
