Our client, the Financial Service of an Automotive group, is currently looking for a NL/EN Digital Customer Experience/Brand Specialist to strengthen its Brussels Office.
As a NL/EN Digital Customer Experience/Brand Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support customers (B2B and B2C) in their digital journey (application, website platform, ...) and provide them with technical help when required
- Answer clients questions about Financial Services topics
- Proactive calls towards customers for follow-up
- Gather customers' feedback
- Daily follow-up on all pending cases in order to make sure that the best customer experience is provided consistently
- Actively work on process improvement and documentation
As a NL/EN Digital Customer Experience/Brand Specialist, you have the following profile:
- Minimum a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- Perfect level of Dutch and a very good command of English. French is a plus
- A first similar experience is needed
- Very good communication skills
- A strong affinity for IT aspects and digital tools
- Client orientation, good organisation skills and team spirit are appreciated qualities
