As a QC Manager you are responsible for the QC/lab team and manage the entire lab operations.
Client Details
Our client is a national company active in the pharmaceutical sector which is based in Brussels.
Description
As a QC Manager you :
- Oversee the activities of the QC team, ensure that they are complete, trained, effective and perform the tasks required to achieve the objectives.
- Prepare and communicate performance indicators related to QC activities.
Provide financial management for laboratories. - Ensure proper management of laboratory equipment (validation, qualification).
- Outsourcing certain laboratory activities, depending on availability and specificities.
- Participate in the development and transfer of analytical methods for new products.
- Provide a role in drafting, controlling and/or approving the content of specific procedures and documents related to laboratory activities
Profile
As a QC Manager you :
- Hold a master's degree with a scientific orientation, chemistry, industrial pharmaceutical, etc.
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position in a pharmaceutical/chemical environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (ISO, etc) and operational knowledge of GMP requirements.
- Leadership and team management experience
- Good communication and conviction skills
- Dutch or French AND professional level in English
