The client is looking for an Media & PR Officer to join his team in Brussels.

The company exists for more than 100 years.
They are looking for a Media & PR officer to reinforce their team.
Description
The Media & PR officer will have the following responsibilities :
- Understanding the media guidelines from HQ and work on a coherent and consistent plan
- Define the campaigns and the different assets per selected media following the communication calendar
- Insert all media plans and the chosen campaign's assets on the HQ global platforms
- Follow-up of the production of the campaign's assets with the external agency
- Constant monitoring and analysis of the local media landscapes for seeking new opportunities and suggest recommendations
- Development of a PR strategy in line with the guidelines
- Build a strong relationship with key journalists from the Benelux
- Monitor and analyse the coverage for each brand and suggest recommendations
- Development of monthly press reviews and local press releases
- Support pro-actively photo shootings opportunities with magazines and watch specialists
- Build and nurture VIP contacts and seek for new opportunities
- Manage the budget with rigour and anticipation
- Follow-up all expenses and invoicing
Profile
- Master's degree in Communications/Marketing
- 2 to 5 years of experience in media buy and PR activations for the Benelux market
- High affinity with the luxury industry
- You have very professional mindset and very good communication skills and attention to details
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
- You are prepared to become the ambassador of one of the most renowned luxury brand, flexible to travel during events and meetings in the Benelux
- You have communication skills including excellent presentation and writing skills and ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams, with media partners and journalists but also strong organisation and planning skills
