You will collaborate closely with the Sales team as an Internal Sales Officer. You will be working with for the Scandinavian markets: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden will be your consumers.

Description

The Internal Sales Officer is accountable for:

• Handle and maximise all incoming and outgoing communications.
• Understanding customer demands and utilising that information to secure business while collaborating closely with the outside sales team.
• Compile and finalise quotes before sending them to clients, incorporating information from Outside Sales and creating the opportunity in CRM.
• Assist the Sales Manager with huge quotation requests (i.e., complete cross referencing, coordinate with the product management team, prepare cost overviews, price lists, analysis, special pricing requests, tenders, etc.),
• Help the outside sales team by doing lead management quickly.
• Plan meetings with the sales team to present initiatives, handling of customer complaints, available opportunities, and any unresolved concerns.

Profile

We're searching for a reliable, dynamic Internal Sales Officer, that can contribute to our growth and deliver a high level of excitement, drive, and energy.

• You hold a bachelor's degree with a focus on administration or business.
• You have two to five years of experience in sales support or inside sales.
• You are a self-starter who is well-organised.
  Fluent in English, Finish or Swedish is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and expertise with CRM and ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP, is a plus.
